As you know, Bridgeway Preparatory Academy (BPA) has had a long and exhaustive search to obtain just the right facility to house our school. We have found it! Our prayers have been answered. Minesterios Bethania on Belt Line and Webb Chapel Road has agreed to house our charter school.

This is literally a match made in heaven. Pastor Victor and his staff have had the desire to have a charter school for some time; However, due to unforeseen circumstances they were unable to bring their dream to fruition. Pastor Victor's church not only offers the bright, cheerful and inviting classroom environment that the Bridgeway founders had hoped for, it also provides space for indoor and outdoor physical activity. Additionally, our facilities cost will enable us to keep the commitment of exhausting the majority of our funds in the implementation of this unique programming. Wow! How exciting.

The challenge we face now is as follows….

The city of Carrollton/Farmers Branch requires a costly site plan and possible traffic impact study to be completed prior to July. The cost of these activities could be in excess of $15,000. We need your assistance in one of the following ways:

  • If you or anyone you know has a connection to the planning and zoning department in Carrollton-Farmers Branch, we would appreciate an outreach on our behalf to determine if they can expedite the process of providing a certificate of occupancy for the school;
  • If you are aware of an architectural and/or engineering firm that could provide these services pro bono or for a reduced cost, please connect us. Finally,
  • A contribution to assist Bridgeway in bearing these costs through our giving platform would be most appreciated. Donations can be made via our website: http://bridgewaypreparatory.org/. We are calling this campaign: "Bridges to Bethania".

These actions will bring us closer to the perfect learning environment for our students. As always, we appreciate your support!
